    FEMARA is the organization that plans and runs HamXposition each year. When you join, you will receive a FEMARA membership pin. As a member, you will receive notices about the planning events leading up to the convention.
    Annual Memberships run from November 1 through October 31st.

    All charter membership requests received prior to 11/1/25 will be extended through 10/31/26.

    Preferences will be honored on a first-come first-serve basis depending upon when we receive payment. The earlier we receive payment, the more likely you will get your preference.

    There are four "special" locations for these ads:
  • Below the Friday morning calendar page
  • Below the Friday afternoon calendar page
  • Below the Sunday morning calendar page
  • Below the Sunday afternoon calendar page
    • Each option will be removed from the pulldown when it is no longer available.
    If you do not choose a preference, or after all preferences are sold, your ad will be placed on another page.

    Preference boxes will appear when your ad quantity is greater than 0.
    Use these boxes to indicate the specific page you would like for your ad.

    Full Page Ad - Inside Color

    Individuals and groups sponsoring a full page color ad at the commercial rate may request special placement of their ad.

    Preferences will be honored on a first-come first-serve basis depending upon when we receive payment. The earlier we receive payment, the more likely you will get your preference.

  • Backside of left centerfold
  • Centerfold left
  • Centerfold right

    • The Centerfold left and Centerfold right pages can be combined into one larger page.

    These are the only pages available for color ads. When all six are gone, this category will be sold out.
